From your first meeting with the Bud team and your initial demonstration of the platform, we want every interaction you have with Bud to be outstanding.

Our Business Development Managers have been handpicked for their knowledge of training delivery, so they understand the common challenges that providers face. This means they are uniquely placed to help you evaluate whether Bud will be right for you.

If you decide to move forward with Bud, you’ll meet our friendly team of Account Delivery Consultants. They are experts in client support who will help you maximise the benefits of the platform throughout your organisation. They’ll get to know your teams and support you throughout implementation – and they can even run your team training programmes so that nobody gets left behind.

Once you’re up and running with learners on the system, you’ll have access to Zendesk – Bud’s knowledge base. You’ll also be invited to webinars run by our Product Team, to keep you up to speed on platform developments and updates.

Bud is designed to be a simple, intuitive, easy-to-use system. But that doesn’t mean we’ll leave your team, your learners or employers to figure it out on their own.
